His 86th-minute strike rescued a 3-3 draw for a young Rebels side against Southern Counties Combination champions Broadbridge Heath.
Chadwick, who captained the side, then showed he is deadly from rather closer to goal as he fired home the clinching penalty in a shoot-out.
