A warning has been issued for hay fever sufferers.
NHS Sussex said that people with the common allergy are likely to begin experiencing symptoms.
People struggling with this should contact a pharmacy for advice and treatment.
A spokesman for NHS Sussex said: "It might not feel like it, but spring is in the air - and so is hay fever.
"If you are suffering with itchy eyes, runny nose and other symptoms, visit your local pharmacy for advice and treatments."

The NHS said hay fever cannot be cured but symptoms can be eased with medicine.
As well as sneezing, coughing and itchy eyes people may have loss of smell, headaches and feel tired.
The spokesman said: "Symptoms are worse from late March until September, especially during warm, humid and windy weather, when the pollen count is at its highest.
"Unlike a cold, which lasts one to two weeks, hay fever can last for weeks or months, adding to the discomfort for those affected."
